Minutes from General PTA meetings and PTA Board meetings are available for you to read.  Please contact the PTA President or the PTA Secretary.

The objectives of the PTA include:

  • To promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community.
  • To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of youth and children.
  • To bring into closer relation the home and the school, so that parents teachers may collaborate in training the child.
  • To develop between educators and the general public such efforts as will secure for every child the highest advantage in physical, mental, and social education.
  • The overall goal of McGilvra Parents and PTA is to support the teachers of our children and to achieve the best education possible for all children.
